- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- For custom solar system design, heavy equipment setups, or bulk orders, processing times may vary. Our customer support team will notify you of any adjustments.
Shipping & Delivery Rates
- Lagos Metropolitan Area: Standard delivery fees apply based on location and order weight. Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days after processing.
- Interstate Delivery (Outside Lagos): Deliveries across other states in Nigeria are handled through trusted third-party logistics partners. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination.
- Shipping Costs: Exact shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated directly by our sales team prior to dispatch for heavy goods (e.g., large battery arrays or high-capacity inverters).
Order Pickup
- Customers have the option to pick up orders directly from our office or distribution hubs in Lagos.
- Pickup Address: Plot 4b Greenlite Estate, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos.
- Please wait for a confirmation notification (email or phone call) stating your order is ready for collection before arriving.
Delivery Tracking & Issues
- Once your item has been dispatched with our logistics partner, you will receive a confirmation message or tracking reference where applicable.
