1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

The product must include all original manuals, accessories, components, and warranty documentation.

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.
Exclusions: Items that have been installed, wired, altered, or damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not eligible for a standard return.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is received, our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on where and how to send your package.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Mindseye Solar will cover all return shipping and transit costs.

Standard Returns / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for personal preference or cancellation, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the direct return shipping costs. Initial delivery costs are non-refundable.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Once your returned item is received at our physical facility, our technical team will inspect it:

We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed via Direct Bank Transfer within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our Lagos warehouse, please call or email us immediately. If the item has already been shipped, standard return procedures and shipping fees will apply.
